Submissions Guidelines
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION CATEGORY
The guideline for abstract submission aims to provide clear directions for abstract submission to the first author or submitter. The prospective authors or submitters are encouraged to carefully review the following instructions. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract that does not comply with or violates the requirements.
GENERAL ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
- The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of original any and unpublished scientific work .
- Abstract submissions are open to all topics aligned with the conference theme, including but not limited to:
- Research
- Clinical Studies/Trials/ Clinical Case Reports or Case Series
- Abstracts that represent repetitive versions of a single study or do not align with the conference theme will be rejected.
- All abstracts must be written in clear British English to ensure reviewers can focus on the scientific merit of the work.
- Abstracts must be proofread for grammar and spelling errors prior to submission. Revisions will not be permitted after submission.
- Submissions must strictly adhere to the abstract template and formatting guidelines provided. Non-compliant abstracts will be disqualified.
ABSTRACT REVIEW AND SELECTION
- Each participant is allowed to submit up maximum of 2 abstracts.
- Notification of acceptance for either oral or poster presentation will be sent to the author by 20 September 2025.
- All submitted abstracts will undergo review by a panel of expertsto determine their relevance and quality for the selected category before approval.
- All participant will be allowed to make amendment within 2 days.
- Oral presenters will receive details regarding their presentation schedule and guidelines at least two weeks before the conference.
- E-poster presenters will be informed of their poster number.
WITHDRAWAL OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACT POLICY
Authors who wish to withdraw their accepted abstract must notify the Scientific Committee via email at scientific_khuam@unisza.edu.my within one week of receiving the acceptance notification
RECORDING AND PUBLICATION POLICY
Upon submission of abstract, all authors acknowledge and agree that their names will appear on the abstract and that their poster and/or oral presentation may be photographed, video recorded or documented through other media during the conference. Any patent or copyright concerns must be addressed and resolved before submission.
