Language : English (British standard)

Slides : Maximum 10–12 slides, prepared in PowerPoint (16:9 format recommended)

Presentation structure should include :

    1. Title Slide (with authors and affiliations)
    2. Background / Introduction
    3. Objectives
    4. Methodology
    5. Results
    6. Discussion
    7. Conclusion
    8. Acknowledgements & Conflict of Interest (if any)
    9. References (if applicable)

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION
SUBMISSION OF PRESENTATION SLIDES
  • All presenters are required to upload their presentation slides to the conference website submission portal – Oral Presentation Submission no later than 1 Oktober 2025.
  • The presenter can use either PowerPoint (PPT) and other presentation tools such as Canva
  • Personal laptops are not permitted for use during presentations.
  • Slide preview and testing will be done on 2 Oktober 2025. Technical support staff will be on-site to assist with your files.
  • Please bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive.
  • All presenters must be present at their assigned hall at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session.
DURING THE PRESENTATION
  • The presenter will be provided with a laser pointer at the podium to control the slides.
  • Each presenter is allocated 10 minutes total:
    • 8 minutes for the presentation
    • 2 minutes for Q&A
  • A caution bell system will help you keep track of time. Please adhere strictly to the time limits and follow instructions from the session Chairperson and timekeeper.
