E-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
GENERAL INFORMATION
- As part of our green initiative, there will be no physical posters displayed during the conference. All accepted posters will be presented in digital format and made available for viewing on the virtual conference platform from 04 Oktober 2025 – 04 November 2025.
- E-Posters should be self-explanatory, allowing viewers to understand the content independently. However, presenters are strongly encouraged to be available during refreshment breaks and designated poster sessions to engage with attendees and respond to any questions.
- Accepted poster presenters are required to submit their e-poster file according to the specifications below.

FINAL E-POSTER SUBMISSION DEADLINE
- Deadline : 22 September 2024 before 12 midnight.
- Submission Method : Upload via the conference submission portal : E-Poster Submission
- File Naming Format : [PresenterLastName_Abstract(4 digit last IC Number)].pdf.
- Example : Shaffriza_Abstract5234

PRESENTATION & DISPLAY
- E-posters will be displayed on dedicated digital screens at the venue and on the virtual conference platform (if applicable).
- Presenters may be scheduled for a moderated e-poster session where they are required to present and engage with attendees.
- Details of your poster number and presentation time (if applicable) will be provided during registration.
